This role combines the former position of Executive Manager, making the Secretary General solely responsible for day-to-day operations, staff management, administration, and implementation of Commission decisions. The Secretary General also signs all official correspondence and represents the Commission in operational matters.<\/span><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2>national commission for higher
